Looking for a job can be stressful and that’s why we offer extensive career advice to our candidates. Our service doesn’t just stop there - once you’re in your new role we’ll check-in with both yourself and the client to make sure you’re settling in.

How we work with candidates

CV & Cover Letter Advice - We will format your CV and help you tailor your application to employers, showcasing your skills in a professional manner that will grab their attention.

Interview Coaching - We'll help you before you prepare for an ​interview by providing tips on what the employer is looking for in a candidate and what would be good (and not so good!) to ask the employer at interview.

Relevant Roles - Once you have submitted your CV to ourselves via email or through an online application, one of our professional consultants will be in touch to find out more about you, in order to suggest the most suitable and relevant roles that we are instructed upon or, using market knowledge, which organisations might be interested in receiving your details.

Feedback & Support - We obtain and provide our candidates with constructive feedback either before interview when we meet with you, or from employers after you interview for a role. We can provide feedback to you whether it’s positive or negative and if the latter, we shall work with you to overcome issues raised.

Convenience - Our consultants will work around YOUR schedule to accommodate YOUR availability. We can call or meet with you outside of working hours and we maintain regular contact with all our candidates at every stage of the process.
