Assistant Building Surveyor

Minimum 2 years of UK Building Surveyor experience is required to be considered for this role.

About the Role

Although this company have a national presence, you’ll be based out of Manchester. You will be working on a wide variety of projects, including retail, offices, residential and public buildings.

Duties include;

  • Building condition surveys
  • Defect analysis
  • Contract Administration
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Negotiating dilapidations

About You

You will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Building Surveyor and have a degree (or similar) in Building Surveying.

About the Money

This role gives you the chance to join a growing company that will develop you toward Associate Building Surveyor. There is a salary of £22k - £27k, a decent package of benefits and 25 + 8 days holiday.
