A growing multi-disciplinary property consultancy has a requirement for an Assistant Building Surveying to join their team in Preston. The consultancy has grown rapidly over the past few years by ensuring a first-class service to clients across multiple sectors and by empowering their staff, ensuring they are giving the right support to excel in their careers. They work with a range of clients, from large multi-national commercial clients, residential developers to SMEs and one-off instructions. The workload is diverse, ranging from project & contract admin through to commercial instructions such as dilapidations & pre-acquisition surveys.

About the Role?
The role will be based in Preston, with frequent travel involved within the position along with some overnight stays (this can vary, depending workload, but circa once a fortnight). The position requires some experience within the industry along with a RICS accredited degree. You will need to show good technical understanding along with strong communication, as you will be dealing with a number of stakeholders outside & inside the business. Whilst you will be giving support of the directors & senior staff members, you will need to show a degree of being able to work independently and prioritise your own workload accordingly.
