We are seeking an Assistant Planner/Planner to join a team that is earning recognition for delivering on some great projects across the North West including residential, retail and commercial developments. You will be tasked with assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications, engaging with clients, Planning Officers and other professionals, undertaking site visits, drafting reports and appraisals and continuing the success of the team.

The ideal Assistant Planner / Planner will have gained relevant undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications and have demonstrable work experience in the planning sector – either public or private. Previous consultancy experience will prove advantageous as you will become a key member of a busy team that undertakes a challenging workload. Strong communication skills are required as you will be frequently liaising with colleagues, Planning Officers and clients.
