An Independent Construction company, based in Liverpool has a requirement for an Assistant Project Manager, coming from a Site-Management background, to join their growing team. The firm have won a number of new projects and are well known for delivering a first-class service to clients within the Transportation, Education, Healthcare & Commercial sectors. This is a close-knit team, working as one in order to deliver complex and challenging schemes for blue-chips clients on-time, on-budget.
About the Role?
The role would be suitable for an individual who is keen to work within a variety of sectors. The role will be a mix of office & site based work and requires good communication skills, from writing up reports for the client, to dealing with sub-contractor issues onsite.
The directors have grown up within the industry, working as apprentices before progressing into management roles and they are therefore seeking people with similar backgrounds. If you have worked onsite, either on the tools or a site management position before progressing into a Project Manager, we would love to hear from you. In return, you will be working for a growing contractor within the Liverpool region, who treat their staff well and know the importance of a work/life balance. The team often meet up outside work and you will be warmly welcomed into the team.
