About the Role
You will be based in Manchester, but will travel to site as necessary. You will be working on a wide variety of projects, including retail, offices, residential and public buildings.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager, who is working towards their APC, to progress their career, achieve chartership and move up the career ladder.
As the Assistant Project Manager you will support the management of strategic planning conditions and procurement and support the project team in the delivery of the client's requirements from inception to completion, including feasibility, on projects ranging in value.
As the Assistant Project Manager, you will be working alongside Senior Project Managers as well as handling lower scale projects of your own. The successful Assitant Project Manager will be working towards gaining relevant accreditations. (MRICS)
You will have:
- Strong construction background, working towards RICS qualifications
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Degree educated (preferable RICS accredited) - essential
- A full driving licence
You will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Project Manager and will have a degree (or similar) in Project Management, Construction Management or other related subject.
About the Money
This role gives you the chance to join a growing company that will develop you towards becoming Chartered. There is a salary of £30k - £35k, along with 25 days holiday and a bonus.
