About the Company

A dynamic and fast-growing property consultancy has a requirement for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team, and to gain real responsibility from day one in fit-out schemes within the commercial, residential & industrial sectors across the North West. The business works closely with clients to ensure they minimise risk through all stages of the scheme, from working with designers & architects to ensure the clients requirements are properly realized, to managing contractors on-site to ensure the vision is made reality.

About the Role

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join exciting team working on high end residential projects. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the Surveying industry working on a range of prestigious projects.


  • Pre and Post contract services
  • Attend site meetings
  • Produce documents to tender
  • Contract Administration
  • Valuations
  • Cost Management

About You

You will need to be degree qualified and you will have some experience within a Quantity Surveyor position, this could be a year in industry at University or a position since graduating.

  • Interested in becoming chartered
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
  • Experience working in a consultancy or client-side organisation
  • Experienced in both pre and post contract work
  • Excellent client facing abilities
  • Experience working on residential projects
  • Tenacious attitude, with a desire to succeed and progress in their career
