Have you ever been a part of an award-winning team? Are you part of a team recognised for being a market leader based on performance? If the answer is no, but you are thinking it should be yes then our client’s opportunity could be ideal for you.
As an Associate Director you shall be responsible for undertaking a varied and challenging workload; you will be leading on projects that span London and the wider South East acting on behalf of reputable clients within the residential and commercial sectors whilst also beginning to generate your own work streams. The consultancy has had huge success over the years and has the desire to continue to stand out amongst their rivals through hiring an Associate Director with the skill-set and desire to succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner looking to take the pivotal step into an Associate Director role where you shall not only lead on projects but also have a key role in the development of the team, winning additional work and achieving more success and recognition.
The consultancy’s recent success stems from their exemplary office culture with a team of talented and dedicated Planners working together to achieve positive outcomes for their clients. The ideal Associate Director will be able to demonstrate a successful track record during their time in the private sector and will be comfortable communicating with colleagues, clients and Planning Officers throughout the planning process and taking the lead. Previous experience of residential and commercial projects across London shall prove beneficial.
Senior, Principal and Associate Planners that are looking to work in a positive, rewarding and, importantly, successful environment are encouraged to apply. You shall be rewarded for your hard work with a competitive salary and benefits package, plus ample opportunity for further career progression.
