We are currently recruiting an experienced Portfolio Manager in the Kent area for a highly successful and growing property organisation operating in a specialist area, throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work from home so the position offers extremely convenient and efficient working for those looking to work autonomously.

They will be required to carry out full property inspections to ensure properties are maintained in accordance with lease terms, coordinate any repairs and maintenance required, ensure all properties are insured properly and that all Landlord & Tenant lease obligations are complied with.

They will contribute to the setting of budgets and running service charges and ensure all rents due to the company are collected. They will also be responsible for tendering local maintenance contracts and monitoring the on-going performance of contractors.

They will implement strategies to secure tenants for the early letting of vacant and expansion space within the portfolio and deal with the leasing of the space.

There will be ongoing support from Regional Property Managers and area meetings will take place at head office in the North West fortnightly.

Successful applicants can expect a salary up to £42,000 dependent upon experience plus generous car allowance, coupled with company benefits such as pension, healthcare and discretionary bonus.
