You will be responsible for the delivery of up to three newbuild projects, as well as managing numerous refurbishment and upgrade developments across the UK. There will be a considerable amount of travel, therefore a driving licence is essential. This is a fantastic position for anyone looking to work within an in-house estates team.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional organisational skills, an up-to-date knowledge of building regulations, and a strong understanding of design and build contracts. You will have a background in building surveying, but will have already moved into a project management-focussed role. You will have managed newbuild projects to the value of approximately £6m, and will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in delivering multiple projects of varying values and at different stages.
