The role

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified Clinical Negligence solicitor. You will manage your own caseload of litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence matters. This will involve conducting relevant investigations to repudiate and/or conclude the claim, liaise with various parties such as claimants and their solicitors, clients, counsel, experts etc, obtain documents and instruct experts. You will have a passion and drive for client service and delivering excellent quality.

The team have leading professionals including doctors and nurses among other health professionals, all with specialist medical knowledge in key areas.

Starting salary is in the region of £50,000 dependent on PQE level.
