They are paying a competitive package in the region of £40,000 - £60,000 dependent on PQE level experience. The firm also offer an excellent benefits package which includes 26 days’ holiday + bank holidays, permanent health insurance, critical-illness cover, death-in-service benefit, childcare vouchers, a pension, BUPA cover, and season ticket loans for travel.
You will be an established Clinical Negligence solicitor with around 3 - 6 years PQE. You will be able to demonstrate a sold background dealing with a varied case load of clinical negligence matters.
Your role will involve interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, instructing experts, instructing counsel, attending Court for Case Management Conferences and Application Hearings, negotiate settlements and preparing for and attending trials and mediation. You will have a passion and drive for client service and delivering excellent quality.
