I am working with an exceptional Top 40 law practice who are looking for a Construction Solicitor to join their team Manchester. The office is close to excellent transport links and amenities.

The firm are a nationally recognised construction practice and their clients include major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers.

The team has experienced in all forms of construction dispute resolution, including adjudication, arbitration, proceedings in the TCC, mediation and expert determination. The team have been involved in a range of projects from £100 million city centre regeneration schemes to smaller bespoke ventures. The role

The ideal candidate will be an established Construction Solicitor with around 2+ years post qualification experience. You will manage a caseload of Construction matters, which will be a mix of contentious and non-contentious, though mostly contentious. You must therefore be able to show a sold background dealing with this type of work.

In the role you will advise and assist clients with disputes and risk management, advise and assist clients with dispute resolution including (among other) adjudication and mediation and draft contracts, agreements, correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, instructions to counsel.

A fantastic salary is on offer up to £54,000, depending on PQE level.
