My client is looking for a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor to join their Leeds office. The firm have offices nationwide and have won several awards and recognition for their work including more recently Commercial Law award 2017. 

On offer is a competitive salary up to £50,000 depending on your level of experience. The role

As a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor, you will be exposed to a variety of exceptional quality work. The Healthcare Commercial department deal with a range of commercial and contractual issues for public sector organisations as well as independent providers both from the UK and internationally.

In this role as a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor, you will manage a mixed caseload of matters which will include the following: supporting commercial and procurement work and advising on a wide range of commercial contract structures, advising generally on new and emerging collaborative structures, advising on corporate joint ventures; major transactions, mergers and acquisitions, develop and draft templates and new products relevant to clients and support business development initiatives.

You will be well organised, be able to work flexibly and proactively, and have a genuine interest in exploring and learning about new and unfamiliar legal areas. You must also be confident in liaising and advising high profile clients.
