Who?

A niche firm, personal injury is one of their key focuses, along with defamation, clinical negligence, professional negligence, and abuse. 
Some of the team have over 25 years’ experience in their field of expertise, and theyconsist of 18 Grade A solicitors, plus 100 other solicitors, chartered legal executives and litigation members.

The Role:

Responsible for handling your own caseloads.
Conducting a regular review of your cases and updating the Team Leader as required
Liaise with existing and new clients
Ensure clients and other stakeholders are kept informed of individual cases in a timely manner.
Ensuring all time critical deadlines are met in regard to cases.
Ensuring relevant company targets are met each month.

The Ideal candidate:

Ability to manage and run own litigated Personal Injury / Credit hire caseloads;
Excellent Personal Injury / Credit Hire knowledge and experience;
Excellent negotiation skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Excellent drafting skills;
Excellent liability investigations;
Excellent time management;
Excellent IT skills;
Experience in using MOJ portal and Proclaim
Excellent written skills
Ability to communicate well via telephone.
Excellent client care skills.
Ability to build good working relationships with all levels of the business.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Must work as part of a team and independently
