Due to continued growth and success, my client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the existing team.

About You:

You will have experience of using all Microsoft packages, you will also have had experience of dealing directly with clients or customers. You will have at least 2 years experience within a customer service role.

You will;

  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Be able to work well under pressure

  • Demonstrate attention to detail

The Role:

  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
  • Process customer requests
  • Keep accurate records of all calls
  • Resolve customer queries using own initiative and escalating when necessary
  • Act as key internal contact for a number of existing customer accounts
  • Create basic reports
  • Input and maintain the CRM system

Essential Requirements:

  • PosessExcellent IT skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret information/problems and respond accordingly
  • To be supportive of others both in the immediate team and company wide
  • Strong attention to detail skills and be able to work under pressure
  • Understand the need for change and adapt to new tasks or situations
