About the role?
The firm has recently won a new high-profile client and have therefore created a small team of EL/PL fee earners/solicitors for this specific client. The firm requires an additional fee earner to join the busy new team.
The role will involve handling EL/PL cases with some travel claims on behalf of one of the biggest travel operators in the UK. This will be a litigated caseload from Acknowledgement of service stage to settlement/trial. The role will involve investigating liability, drafting court documents and negotiating quantum.
The ideal candidate must be experienced and confident in handling a Fast Track litigated EL/PL caseload from inception to trial. You must ideally have 12 months experience.
