My client is a highly regarded practice, who are one of the leading providers of claims-related services to insurers, businesses and other suppliers to the insurance sector.
This opportunity will be working within its EL/PL department in Liverpool. The team deal with both EL and PL claims, ranging from low value to complex on both a delegated and non-delegated basis. Their clients include several top ten insurers combined with a significant number of other clients including major retail clients.
Due to a period of growth with existing and new clients, the team are seeking several EL/PL Paralegals to join the firm. For this role they are keen to hear from ambitious law/LPC graduates.
As a EL/PL Paralegal you will manage your own full caseload of pre-litigated EL/PL claims to conclusion. Your role will involve assessing liability, onsite investigations in some cases, liaising with clients and attending client review meetings, negotiating quantum and settling files.
You will be an ambitious and hardworking law/LPC graduate who is looking to kick start their legal career. You will be given training necessary to complete the role.
