My client is a constantly expanding top rated Commercial Law firm with offices located across the North West. They are currently seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join their Chester based team.

About the role?
You will be joining an already successful Employment team who are highly regarded nationally for the work they do. You will be assisting with a broad range of Employment matters and dealing with some interesting and diverse matters.
The role would be suited to someone wanting to develop their career as an Employment Solicitor. You will already be experienced in handling a case load of Employment matters but will be wanting to develop your career further with a firm offering an excellent quality of work and genuine career development.
You will be dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters advising SME’s, PLC’s, local authorities and other organisations and individuals. You will be dealing with a broad case load of matters to include discrimination, harassment, unfair dismissal, redundancy procedures, TUPE transfers, breach of contract, trade union disputes and Employment Tribunal Representation.
Salary is in the region of 30,000 – 40,000 depending on experience together with benefits and an excellent team and office environment. You will ideally have 2 years plus PQE experience however applications are invited from outside of this.
