As an Employment Solicitor, you will be working directly with the head of department who is very well respected in the industry. You will be exposed to a variety of excellent quality work to include TUPE, Discrimination, Termination, Contract Queries & Disputes, Redundancy, Reorganisation, Disciplinary & Grievance, Sickness Absence, Performance Management, Maternity Issues, and Settlement Agreements.
You will be a NQ Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales and will have completed a specific seat within Employment during your training contract. Alternatively, my client is also willing to consider candidates who have around two years PQE for this role.
