The role of the Facilities Manager will be to assist your Regional Facilities Manager and the Property Management Department in the smooth and efficient management of commercial and in some instances, residential property within a defined regional area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a commercial property consultancy who work with investors, developers and occupiers in both the public and private sectors across the UK and Ireland. The position will be based in the heart of Bristol’s’ city centre.

The successful candidate will help head a regional team of FM’s in the management of a designated portfolio of properties. You will represent the Property team in creating a superb FM service implementing all aspects of best practice in line with the companies’ values.

You will coordinate the FM delivery of their assigned team ensuring full compliance, accurate record keeping and a proactive service provision. From the outset, you will be expected to work on a large portfolio and have experience in dealing with day to day FM issues and in building strong client relationships.
