We have a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a professional medical body based in London’s city centre.
The successful candidate will assist in the day to day running of the College’s facilities, ensuring that all functions are carried out courteously, efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that Facilities staff provides a customer focused service to the College.
- Manage performance, absence, sickness reporting.
- Ensure staff are deployed appropriately to cover all areas of service provision.
- Manage and oversee moves, tenant, health and safety and contract management queries.
You will also coordinate the FM delivery of their assigned team ensuring full compliance, accurate record keeping and a proactive service provision.
From the outset, you will be expected to work on a large portfolio and have experience in dealing with day to day FM issues and in building strong client relationships.
