GIS Specialist (Liverpool/ Manchester)

£20k (negotiable dependant on experience)

Have you got experience in the use of ESRI desktop software platforms? Do you want to work for one of the UK’s leading independent consultancies in the development sector? This is a really exciting opportunity for a GIS Specialist to develop a career within an award-winning organisation that combines local knowledge with a nationwide presence. Due to their continued growth, my clients are looking for a GIS Specialist to join their business, either based out of the Liverpool or Manchester office.

The Role

As a GIS Specialist you must have experience in working across one or more of these software platforms:

  • ArcGIS
  • Collector app
  • Web application builder

This is an exciting opportunity to work across all aspects of development activity within the property function of the business across the North West.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building site search models
  • Setting up and management of ArcGIS Online,
  • Setting up of Collector and web-based application builder services
  • Preparation of drawing plans
  • The use of Story Maps and spatial data analysis.

You will be based out of either the Liverpool or Manchester office, dependant on your geographic preference. As a core member of the team you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, in return for your efforts, they offer a commitment to “train, guide and lead” in order to meet your career goals.
