Our client is an established and well-respected Commercial Property Development, Investment & Management company operating across the UK, which includes representation within the North West.
The company has continued to grow through successful development, investment and asset management and continues to bring forward its' directly owned land bank for development.
This Graduate Surveyor role will be within the Development business supporting the Development Team.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
Collating information and evaluation of new opportunities
Assisting with the management of various schemes through the development stages
Managing relationships with partners, consultants and internal clients
Managing project finance, grant applications and claims
Assisting with project reporting
Assisting with financial appraisals and financial modelling
Managing project budgets and monitoring development expenditure
Assisting with lettings of new units
What You Will Need
RICS accredited undergraduate or master’s degree
Previous year placement experience in a similar Client-Side or Consultancy role ideal, not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation, ICT and interpersonal skills
Hold a full driving licence

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
Car Allowance (D.O.E.)
