My client, a well-regarded and established law practice, are looking for a Solicitor to join their Industrial Disease department at their offices in Wirral.

My client is a well-respected law firm based on the Wirral. This opportunity will be working within its Industrial Disease department. The practice provides advice in a wide range of specialisms, including industrial disease, clinical negligence, and personal injury. The firm is going from strength to strength, and has been recommended by The Legal 500 within both personal injury and clinical negligence.
As a Industrial Disease Solicitor you will be exposed to a variety of exceptional quality work. You will manage a mixed caseload to include Noise Induced Hearing Loss, Repetitive Strain Injury, Dermatitis, Occupational Asthma and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome. Duties in the position will include the following: -
- Evaluating evidence, assessing prospects of success, and progressing cases through to trial
- Drafting key documents including Schedules of Loss
- Decision making on files and dealing with litigated matters
You will be a Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales with around five years PQE. You will have a proven track record working as a Solicitor, and be confident in dealing with your own case load of high-value, complex Industrial Disease matters. This is a full time permanent position.Salary is highly negotiable depending on experience.
