Are you an experienced Insolvency Solicitor looking for a new and exciting role? Perhaps you need more of a work life balance? An extremely reputable and award-winning national firm is seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join their expanding team based at their Chester office. The firm are flexible and can offer part time hours of 3 or 4 days per week. Full time can also be considered.

You will have solid experience within this sector and will be able to come in and hit the ground running. You will ideally have 3-5 years PQE, although candidates outside of this are encouraged to apply. You will be supported by a strong team of secretaries and paralegals. Broadly speaking you will be dealing with a range of individuals and companies experiencing financial difficulties. You will be acting for insolvency practitioners, debtors and creditors, and for shareholders and directors of insolvent companies.
