A fast growing and ambitious North West housebuilder is looking to appoint a creative Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect to join their team based in Warrington on a permanent basis.

You will be working within a fabulous pool of talent including Urban Designers, Architects and Town Planners designing for sites ranging in size from small ‘garden’ schemes through to large scale multi-phase projects and everything in between.  You will be responsible for creating landscapes that make a visual impact and maximise the space between and around new homes, whilst adhering to planning and technical specifications.

To be successful in your application you will hold a BA in Landscape Design and have experience

To be considered for this position you must hold a BA in Landscape Architecture and have had experience working for a house builder or landscape architectural practice. You will be proficient in AutoCAD and InDesign
