Job Title: Lettings Negotiator/ Coordinator

Location: Mold, North Wales

Salary: £16-£20k (dependant on experience) + overtime

I am looking to hire an organised and customer focused Lettings Negotiator/Coordinator to work out of their regional branch in Mold, North Wales. They have a strong industry reputation with excellent client feedback due to long lasting business relationships with their expert and experienced team. Lettings Negotiator/ Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Registering new applicants (Landlords and tenants)
  • Coordinating and carrying out property viewings
  • Liaising with tenants throughout the process to move in date
  • Carrying out relevant checks on potential tenants ensuring that they meet the necessary requirements
  • Communicating feedback to both applicants and landlords, providing a high level of customer care throughout
  • Assisting with business generation as and when required

The successful Lettings Negotiator/ Coordinator will be a confident and excellent communicator who is passionate about developing a career in the property sector. You must be able to work independently and as a team, able work under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines. You must be highly organised and accurate in processing administrative work. Working out of a regional branch at times the office will be quiet with Sales and Lettings Negotiators out on site you must be a self motivated individual with “can do” attitude in order to succeed in this role. Lettings experienced would be highly advantageous but not essential as long as you can demonstrate a strong sense of customer service and excellent organisation skills. As you will be required to attend viewings a full UK driving licence is necessary for this role.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Alternate Satrudays (on a rota basis) 9am-2pm. (Saturday hours will be paid as overtime).
