My client is an award winning member of the "Legal 500" firms. They are looking for Credit Hire Litigation executives/ Fee Earners to join their expanding department at their offices in Liverpool.
This is a full time permanent position. However, the firm are also able to offer flexibility around your working hours and can offer the option of occasional home working for the right candidate if required.
On offer is a very competitive salary and benefits package, which is negotiable, depending upon your previous experience.

Their specialist credit hire team deals with a variety of credit hire issues and work with their clients to develop strategies and control credit hire damages, ultimately achieving maximum savings.
You will be exposed to a variety of exceptional quality work and manage a caseload of litigated credit hire cases.
Your main responsibilities will include investigating matters and negotiating / proactively settling cases.
You will have a proven track in this area, dealing with your own caseload of litigated files.
You will have confidence to work autonomously, working on files from start to finish.
