You will be joining a successful, supportive, and growing Personal Injury department, where you will be responsible for handling your own RTA caseload. Its size will vary, depending on the level of your experience, be it pre-litigation or strong litigation cases that you are best working on. Desirably, you will bring experience of handling a mixed caseload of RTA pre-litigated and litigated files, including counter claims, where necessary. We are looking for a mix of fast-track and multi-track experience, as opportunities exist for both with this firm!

You will ideally be a commercial candidate who is self-motivated and ambitious to work to a high standard, achieving (and exceeding) targets set both financially and in compliance. You will be supported via having a high-performing team about you, which will enable you to develop your skills to achieve what you are looking for during your career.
