Kingsley have a fantastic Client-side opportunity available for an Property Maintenance Coordinator to support their Facilities Management team.

You will oversee a modern office building and be required to provide support in the management and delivery of ‘hard services’ and day to day operational FM services to the business location, buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out small electrical works and minor fabric repairs to the building
  • Conduct various checks to ensure that building faults are identified and rectified as quickly as possible
  • Carry out audits, risk and H&S assessments for the building to ensure compliance with Company, Legal and Statutory regulations
  • Assist in the management and instruction of third party suppliers for repairs and renewals
  • Provide various reports to the Facilities Manager
  • Monitor the Building Management System to ensure building services run effectively at all times
  • Proactively monitor the Facilities Helpdesk ensuring jobs are completed within agreed SLAs

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualification in (or currently studying towards) a trade such as plumbing, electrics or joinery would be advantageous
  • Enthusiastic, passionate with a commitment to delivering exceptional standards of work at all times
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Helpful, can-do attitude
  • Flexible approach and willing to support the team
  • Ability to prioritise where necessary
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Intermediate PC Skills (Microsoft Office and Excel)
  • Some flexibility during weekends for project work

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary £24,000 - £28,000 D.O.E
