MRICS Agency Surveyor
Up to £60,000 basic plus car allowance, bonus and benefits
Are you an experienced MRICS Agency Surveyor looking to move your career forward in an organisation with more autonomy? Do you wish to be an integral part of a growing firm, perhaps as “Head of Agency”, where you will use your existing Agency expertise, success and knowledge to help shape the future of the Agency Division in Manchester? Where the team goes will be in your hands so if you are ready to take the reins and lead from the front, then this is the role for you.
My client is flexible and is either looking for a strong all-round agency surveyor or, an agency surveyor who specifically works within either retail, office, or industrial. You will be working on behalf of national and multiple clients, institutional landlords and property companies through to independent and regional clients. You will provide a service designed to meet individual client’s requirements in the disposal and acquisition of properties, along with supplying advice on how to maximise revenue and minimise liabilities. Being a confident communicator, you will enjoy liaising with your clients and will have a strong drive to achieve the best results possible.
What really makes this role stand out from other Agency Surveyor positions however is the exciting career opportunity on offer. Within this role your opinion and Agency experience will really matter, and you will not be simply a revenue producer or another cog in the wheel. You will work closely with the Partners in structuring the future of the Agency Department, growing the client base and the team to achieve its full potential and hit the levels of success you deem available.
Of course, for a role like this you need to love what you do and have a passion for Commercial Property. You will have been working within Agency for a number of years and be MRICS qualified. In return my client can offer a highly attractive package including a very competitive salary, a lucrative bonus, and the possibility of future equity within the firm.
