Are you an experienced MRICS Rating Surveyor looking to move your career forward in an organisation with more autonomy and the opportunity to head up a team? Do you wish to be an integral part of a successful firm where you will use your existing Rating expertise, success and knowledge to help shape the future of the Rating Division? Where the team goes will be in your hands so if you are ready to take the reins and lead from the front, then this is the role for you.

You will be responsible day to day for undertaking market assessments for all types of commercial property. You will undertake site inspections and handle Rating Valuation Appeals, Rates Relief, and Rates Management. Also, being a confident communicator you will enjoy liaising with your clients and will have a strong drive to achieve the best results possible. You will thrive networking and will be successful in bringing in new business, relishing the opportunity to grow individual and team billings.

What really makes this role stand out from other Rating Surveyor positions however is the exciting career opportunity on offer. Within this role your opinion and Rating experience will really matter, and you will not be seen as simply a revenue producer or another cog in the wheel. You will work closely with the Partners in structuring the future of the Rating Department, growing the client base and the team to achieve its full potential and hit the levels of success you deem available.

Of course, for a role like this you need to love what you do and have a passion for Commercial Property. You will have been working within Rating for a number of years and be MRICS qualified.
