MRICS Rating Surveyor

Are you a Senior/Associate MRICS Rating Surveyor looking to move your career forward within an experienced and knowledgeable team, people who are at the top of their profession and who can offer true career development and progression? Working closely with the Director and Bristol Rating team you will use your existing Rating experience to look after an existing client portfolio, providing rating advice for a range of corporate and public sector clients throughout the South West of England . You will be a confident communicator who enjoys client liaison and ensuring a quality service promoting key relationships. You will have a solid understanding of check, challenge, appeal and be passionate about your Rating career.

To succeed within this Bristol based MRICS Rating Surveyor role, you will have the following expertise:

  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS-accredited degree
  • Proven post-qualification experience in a Rating team
  • Knowledge and experience of the South West market
  • Valid UK driving licence

A salary of up to £50,000 plus benefits is available to the successful candidate (depending upon experience)
