An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Administrator to join a busy, highly reputable organisation, that has become one of the leading Block Managing Agents in the Merseyside region and continues to actively expand its’ share of the Residential Lettings market within the area. 

Our client acts on behalf of developers, freeholders, management companies as well as right to manage companies and pride themselves on providing a high-level bespoke management package who tailor their services to meet clients’ specific needs, regardless of the size of the development.

The Role, Duties & Responsibilities

Only hiring the best in the industry, our client is looking to appoint a Property Administrator who has at least one years’ experience in a similar property focused role, that has a genuine passion towards the property industry.

The ideal candidate will need to be ambitious, hard-working and reliable, who is keen to become part of a growing and successful company at a time when they expand into new, high-quality waterfront offices in early August 2020.

As a Property Administrator, you will be integral to the company’s continued success. You will provide administration support to the team, enabling them to focus on client service, such duties to include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Front of house responsibility – telephone calls, visitors etc

  • Contractor support & liaison – such as arranging diary schedules

  • Co-ordination of colleague & contractor diary events

  • Maintain in-house databases, reports & schedules

  • General Administration Duties

The Person

As the successful Property Administrator, you will possess:

  • at least 12 months previous experience in property (essential) as an administrator

  • proven IT skills – use of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • excellent communication skills

  • superior organisational skills

  • an eye for detail

  • experience in property, ideally in lettings.

  • The ability to multi-task and be able to work on your own initiative.

  • experience in using company specific property management software - 10Ninety - preferred but not essential, as training shall be provided.

What’s on offer:

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum.
