Kingsley are currently recruiting for a prestigious, global property company, with a reputation for providing excellent customer service. They are looking for an extremely high caliber property manager, to work within their vibrant Manchester city centre office, to manage and oversee a residential portfolio of properties.
Working within a well-established team of professionals, your role will be an extremely busy and varied one, and although every day will be different, your core duties will include the following:
- Arranging move ins
- First point of contact for all land lord and tenant queries
- Arranging maintenance
- Meeting with contractors on site
- Meeting tenants and landlords
- Managing rental arrears
- Producing reports
- Assessing contractor work
- Negotiating costs
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Managing relationships with landlords
We are looking for a highly organised candidate, who is able to multi task and juggle an extremely busy portfolio whilst ensuring that the best levels of customer service are provided.
The ideal candidate will have previous residential property management experience and to be considered for this role, you must also have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to manage relationships, and act as an ambassador to the company.
Salary £20-25k basic, plus commission (OTE £25-28k)
The role is officially to be offered on a 12-month contract, however for the right candidate there is an extremely high probability that there will be the opportunity to stay on permanently after this.
