Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a high calibre property sales consultant, to work within their award winning, Manchester city centre based team.
About the role
Working in the heart of Manchester, the Property Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling luxury properties, to the professional and Investment markets, both in the UK and Internationally. As a 360 sales consultant, you will be responsible for the initial marketing of the properties, attending viewings, negotiating offers, and seeing sales through to completion. Your day will be extremely varied, with 50% of your time being spent out of the office meeting clients, attending viewings and property events.

We are therefore only looking for exceptional candidates, who have a proven property sales background, within a similar organisation. You must be highly professional, with the ability to work under pressure, extremely well presented, and the drive to succeed within your career. Ideally you will be a graduate (or similar), and you must also be able to work on most Saturdays (with a day off during the week).
