As a Public Law Solicitor, you will be working directly in the firms Healthcare department and will be exposed to a variety of exceptional quality work. The team currently deal with a range of Public law & governance matters.

As a Public Law Solicitor, you will manage a mixed caseload of matters within the firm’s Healthcare department. This may include a mixture of the following: powers and duties of public bodies, governance and constitutional issues including management of conflicts of interest, compliance with Equality Act 2010 and Human Rights Act 1998 obligations, application of general public law principles and public decision-making processes, public involvement and consultation, judicial review, general Data Protection Regulation, Freedom of Information Act 2000 and data protection laws, patient confidentiality and data sharing, primary care commissioning, contracting and regulation and Care Quality Commission powers and enforcement action.

You will be well organised, proactive and work well both individually and as part of a wider team. In addition, you will be confident in liaising and advising high profile clients.
