Kingsley is an established Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the Legal & Property sectors.
We are recruiting internally for a Recruitment Administrator in our Head Office in Liverpool.
The Recruitment Administrator will take responsibility for the following:
- Reception duties
- Formatting and processing CVs
- Interview Confirmations
- Diary Management
- Supporting the Directors and Team Managers as required
- Ensuring the database is accurate and up to date
- Advertising new roles online
- Sending E-Marketing
- Stationery Orders
- Other General admin tasks
The ideal candidate will have office administration experience and be able to start as soon as possible.
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 – 4.00pm on Fridays
