Job Title: Residential Block Manager
Salary: £26-£30k (negotiable dependent on experience) + excellent bonus scheme + benefits
Are you interested in working for a national, independent firm of highly experienced Property professionals and Surveyors? An established North West business that work with an array of clients in the public and private sector including; office, industrial, residential and specialist sectors such as energy, transport, healthcare and education. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Block Manager to manage a portfolio of iconic Liverpool residential blocks; from Grade II listed buildings with stunning architecture to modern developments such as a 28 storey tower waterfront block. Working within a close-knit team of talented property professionals out of their Liverpool office they pride themselves on their personal and innovative team, helping to overcome clients challenges faced in an ever changing market landscape.
This property position will be exciting and varied, with the opportunity to work with a great portfolio and deal with new challenges every day. The successful Residential Block Manager will be responsible for:
- Handling Contractors and maintenance
- Setting service budgets and charges
- Arranging AGM meetings and compiling regular reports
- Managing onsite staff such as Building Managers, Concierge etc
- Carrying out block inspections, health and safety risk assessments
- Dealing with enquiries from lessees, reading and monitoring lease issues
- Attending resident meetings (sometimes out of hours) when required
This firm is looking for a highly organised and confident Residential Block Manager who can provide an exceptional level of service to all external and internal clients.
