A Residential Conveyancer is required for an excellent opportunity with an award-winning law firm at their office in Cardiff.  The basic salary is negotiable depending on experience up to £40,000 plus an uncapped bonus and benefits to include season ticket loans, childcare vouchers, life assurance, gym membership and much more.

Applications are invited from Residential Conveyancers who have solid experience of managing a caseload of Conveyancing matters using a Case Management System.  It is essential that you are used to working within a fast-paced environment and that you managed a wide range of different transactions to include leasehold, remortgage, new build and right to buy.  You will be supported by a team of administration assistants.  It doesn’t matter if you are a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or non-qualified Fee Earner as long as you have the required experience.
