Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking to move away from fee earning and/or would you like to work Part-Time and/or from the comfort of your own home?

An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required for an excellent home working opportunity with an award-winning law firm.  The salary on offer negotiable depending on experience up to £33,000 plus an enviable benefits package.

My client is very well established and are recognised as a leading player within Conveyancing.  Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit technically strong Residential Conveyancers to check, draft and advise on complex Conveyancing documentation as and when this may arise during a Conveyancing transaction.  You will not carry a caseload but instead, will advise and resolve technical queries relating to deeds of variation, leasehold titles, shared ownership, lease extensions, new build and unregistered titles before returning the file to the fee earner responsible for the matter.

Applications are invited from Residential Conveyancers who are technically strong and who have solid experience of managing a caseload.  It doesn’t matter if you are a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or non-qualified Fee Earners as long as you have the required experience.  You must also have previous experience using a Case Management System.
