A Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer is required to Head up a busy Residential Property team at a highly regarded firm based in Bristol.  The Salary on offer is competitive and negotiable depending on experience.

My client is a successful, multi service private practice with recommendations in Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500.  Working for this forward thinking, commercially-focussed firm there is a pleasant working environment and a well-established, national client base, many of which are London-based.

Due to continued growth & expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a full range of Conveyancing matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, help to buy, shared ownership, transfer and equity and right to buy alongside managing a small team.  As you will have management and leadership responsibilities your caseload will be reduced to deal with the most complex cases which will included shared ownership and so, experience of these types of transactions would be an advantage.

Applications are invited from pragmatic and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 5 years’ experience who are looking for a challenge and the opportunity to develop their career. The successful candidate will have solid experience in attending and advising on the full range of Conveyancing matters as well as management and leadership experience.

This is an excellent Conveyancing role in Bristol looking to join a high-quality firm where the quality of work and office atmosphere is unrivalled.

Apply now for immediate consideration.  Contact Kingsley today for other opportunities across Bristol and the South West.
