Role: Residential Conveyancing Dept - Paralegal / Solicitor/ Cilex /Fee-Earner/ Licensed Conveyancer

Job Description: A Fee-earning role, managing a residential conveyancing caseload; will consist of working with all aspects of a Conveyancing transaction, within a team of more junior members working from start to post completion on various conveyancing matters.
The Ideal Residential Conveyancer will have a Minimum 12 months experience working with residential Sale & Purchase transactions, Freehold/Leasehold, New Build, Share Ownership and Help to Buy.
Any experience managing junior members of the team would be advantageous.
The salary on offer for the successful Residential Conveyancer is £25,000 - 30,000, negotiable dependent on previous Conveyancing experience.
