This is a fantastic opportunity for a RTA Solicitor to join a well-established and reputable firm at their offices based in Liverpool. They have several offices spread across the UK and are highly regarded nationally.

You will ideally have 2 – 3 years PQE, although candidates outside of this with a strong background within RTA are invited to apply.
You will be working on a largely litigated RTA caseload and carry out relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude claims. A general knowledge of the investigations involved in suspected fraudulent claims is required, but previous fraud experience is by no means essential for this role.
