Our client is a market leading organisation within their Industry with a strong National presence. They have a number of blue chip clients whom they have worked with for many years, and they currently have an opportunity for an experienced sales support administrator, to join their busy team, based at their offices in Ashton In Makerfield. 

The Role

The role is working within their busy sales support office, assisting the team with the day to day administration duties and general client phone calls. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Taking client calls and dealing with order queries
  • Processing orders and updating the system
  • Producing a range of daily reports
  • Arranging meetings and diary management
  • Providing hospitality during meetings
  • Production of daily invoices
  • Typing letters and emails
  • Assisting with various projects
  • Faxing, filing and photocopying
  • Producing Excel analysis reports
     

To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills: 

  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word and Power point)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong typing skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator
  • Enthusiastic and professional
  • Experience within a similar administrative role
     

They are offering a salary of £18,000, along with other benefits, staff rewards and a great working environment. Working hours for this position are 9-5pm Monday to Friday.
