A leading firm with an excellent reputation in the market is looking to recruit several telephone-based sales consultants/property insurance brokers to join their successful team in Central Manchester. Working normal office hours (8.45am to 5.30pm) with an uncapped commission structure on offer and being able to offer a set career path really makes this position an outstanding opportunity. The Role:

As the successful candidate you will be contacting property developers, speaking to key decision makers within the company, building rapport, and fact finding as much as you can about their practices relating to Insurance. This is not a scripted role, and you will be able to use the knowledge provided in the excellent training given within this position to arrange an appointment for one of the firm’s brokers to visit the business. After a few months of success in this position you will then progress to be a broker yourself, where you will look after your own portfolio of clients and see the process through from cradle to grave. 

Targets are realistic and achievable, and the training provided (a week in the Head Office in London) will provide you with all the tools to be able to achieve and exceed such targets, and to be able to take full advantage of the uncapped ote.

The Candidate:

  • Recent experience in a telesales position either B2B or B2C OR a driven, hungry, self-motivated graduate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive and highly motivated attitude
  • Target focused
