Our client is a commercial building surveying practice based in the heart of Liverpool that has experienced steady growth and is looking to recruit an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join them on some exciting professional commissions across a broad range of sectors. The company can offer unrivalled career progression along with exposure to major specialist projects.

About the Role

You’ll be given autonomy in completing a wide range of commissions for commercial and industrial clients. The majority of the projects are based in the North West.

Key work includes;

  • Pre-acquisition inspections

  • Commercial Building surveys and inspections

  • Party Wall matters

  • Reinstatement Cost Assessments of commercial premises

  • Landlord and Tenant matters

  • Planned maintenance schedules

  • Large scale project monitoring

  • Contract administration and Project Management

You’ll hold a Building Surveying degree; have experience of managing projects, working independently, a good understanding of commercial building surveying and be MRICS Chartered / recently chartered.

Along with your technical skills you will require client facing skills, enthusiasm and initiative which will be rewarded by my client in both career progression as well as being well remunerated.

You’ll be client facing and gain exposure to developing business.

In return the client is offering an excellent of £25,000 - £40,000 and a variety of different benefits including excellent flexibility to help create a healthy work/life balance.
