This is an exciting time to join a highly regarded Corporate Commercial department which can offer you early responsibility to be involved in a high level of business development and corporate networking. You will be an expert in your field and provide high level quality service to existing clients whilst also building new relationships.
The ideal candidate will be an established Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 5 years + post qualification experience who is able to work autonomously on files from start to finish. Senior level candidates at Partner level who have a small following who can possibly bring over a small team will also be considered.
In this role you will be focusing on a portfolio of established clients (both public and private). You will be leading on listing of bonds on London, Irish and other exchanges, advising on debt instruments for private companies, leading the due diligence and verification process, drafting and negotiating the terms of debt, general corporate work including corporate restructurings, shareholders agreements, joint ventures and limited liability partnership agreements, specifically drafting the pincipal documents, business development and tenders including (where appropriate) research about clients and targets, opportunities for exposure to clients and transactions with a particular focus on emerging markets, sector focus including telecoms, resources, real estate.

Salary is very competitive and dependent on PQE level.
