An opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join a leading and award-winning firm at their flagship office in London. The firm are immensely proud of the work they carry out for their clients and the culture they provide to their people.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top 50 law firm and work in a thriving national Corporate team with a focus on Corporate transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals.

The role

The ideal candidate will be an established Corporate Solicitor with 6 years + post qualification experience who is able to work autonomously on files from start to finish.

In this role you will be focusing on all aspects of private M&A transactions and grow the practice through business development activities. It would also be helpful (although not essential) if you have some experience in private equity, public M&A, capital markets and real estate finance.

This is an exciting time to join a highly regarded Corporate department which can offer you early responsibility to be involved in a high level of business development and corporate networking. You will be an expert in your field and provide a high-level quality service to existing clients whilst also building new relationships.

Salary is very competitive dependent on PQE level. The firm also offer an excellent benefits package which includes 26 days’ holiday + bank holidays, permanent health insurance, critical-illness cover, death-in-service benefit, childcare vouchers, a pension, BUPA cover, and season ticket loans for travel.
